In short David is an Entrepreneur. David had his very first business creating greeting cards in Elementary School. The product was popular among his classmates for a low price of a sheet of replacement paper and one cent! Business was seasonal… Since middle school years David has created small summer, or after school businesses such as, a Car Wash service, Landscaping service and part time labor. In College, as an Intern, David was employed by a small Medical Device start up company working as an Apprentice Mechanical Engineer. Graduating from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. At the age of 25, David purchased his first home (which he still owns and rents) with the intention of remodeling for profit. From there David received his Florida Real Estate License and thereafter his Florida Real Estate Brokers License. Real Estate became a full-time job in 2007. At that time, the Real Estate market was just beginning to collapse, and David saw an opportunity servicing Real Estate Investors and the Leasing market. As the market evolved, David proceeded to delve in to additional property with the rehabbing to rent model. In doing so, this naturally progressed into standard Buying and Selling Real Estate and Property Management. The most challenging remodel project David managed consisted of a 1920’s Bungalow with extensive damage and architected a complete makeover including an additional 700 square feet of additional space with a second floor that resulted in a 6 digit profit evaluation doubling the original investment. In 2017 David received Licensure as a small Consumer Financing Company and Broker of Real Estate in Tennessee.
David loves learning and adventure. He is an avid physics fan with focus on Quantum Mechanics. He has been Scuba Diving for over 20 years, Boating, Sky Diving and currently in pursuit of his Private Pilots License. He has travelled extensively through the Caribbean, Europe and portions of South America. David is currently Engaged to be married in 2019.
